Guidelines for Research Manuscript / Review Article / Case Report
- First author name, designation, department and institutional affiliation
- Co-authors name, designation department, and institutional affiliation
- Maximum number of authors allowed is 5
- Corresponding author name, designation, department, institutional affiliation, address, city, zip code, contact number and email id is mandatory
- The corresponding author should also submit the Ethical committee form.
- The Title is limited to 15 words (Century, 12 Size)
- The Abstract has a maximum word limit of 250 words
- Keywords – 6 words / phrases maximum
- Maximum word limits of original manuscript / research article maximum = 4000 words, maximum word limit of review article = 4500 words, maximum word limit of case report = 3000 words and maximum word limit of short communication = 1500 words.

Preparing the Manuscript
All manuscripts must be typed in clear, grammatically correct proper English language with no errors. If English in not your first language you can avail our chargeable professional editing services before submission. Our editing service does not guarantee journal acceptance but helps to maximize the chances and reach of the article.
Manuscripts should be in Times New Roman font, size 12 with 2.0 line spacing with before & after 0 point throughout the manuscript. At the proof stage, no editing or material changes will be possible. While the short communication will have only title author’s name and address, followed by text and references.
All full length papers should have the following headings and 1 inch margins on all sides, including figure legends, table footnotes and references. The manuscript should be prepared consecutively as follows: Title Page, Authors, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References followed by Tables, Figures and Line Drawings.
Title: The title should best describe the manuscript content in not more than 15 words. The first letter of each word in title should be in capital. The connected words such as ‘and, the, or, if, is, are, would, will, not, etc.’ will not have the first letter in capital.

Authors: All authors should write their First Name, Middle Name and Last name. The Corresponding authors needs to give designation, institutional affiliation, postal address, city, zip code, contact number, and email id for hard copy of the Journal and certificate.
Abstract: The abstract should not exceed 250 words. The abstract should represent the overall manuscript.
Keywords: The keywords (phrases) should be maximally 6.
Introduction:
The reader ought to comprehend the background of the problem or issue that the research attempts to understand or resolve and relate it to the result of the study to understand how the study contributed to knowledge advancement. It should be brief and limited to the stated problem and aim of the experimental design.
Materials and Methods:
The method should mention steps which was followed for making various batch in a systematic flow with all relevant details of materials used, experimental designs, the techniques, and statistical methods used. All free samples should be acknowledged here.
Results and Discussion:
This should include evaluation parameters with detailed descriptions of the results obtained from the experimental batch. The data of all batches should be mentioned and illustrations should not be repeated. Statistical illustrations are more attractive. Manuscripts with correct, accurate and good statistical data analysis will be preferred for acceptance and publication. Statistical data should be in Excel or in standard software.
Tables: Use the “Table” function in word file.
Tables should start as caps (T) capital, followed by table no. in Arabic numerals, followed by a period. All measurements should be in metric units. Should be self-explanatory and should not duplicate text matter. Table should have less than 10 columns and 25 rows. Explanatory text matter should be below the table and include all non-standard abbreviations used in the table.
Figures and Line Drawings: Use JPEG format. Send sharp and colored high resolution images. Figured are numbered consecutively as per their citation sequence in the text. Numbers, symbols and labels should be clear, consistent and of uniform size and large enough to be readable. Symbols, arrows, or letters should contrast with the background and should marked neatly. Titles and detailed explanations do not belong on the illustrations themselves, but should come separately in the text word file. Graphs, pie-charts, scatter-grams or histograms etc., must be made in MS Excel. Photographs and figures should be cropped to delete unwanted areas. If required, acknowledge original sources of photographs and figures in the legend, and the copyright holders written permissions should be submitted by the author.
Legends for illustrations: Type legends in maximum 40 words, excluding the credit line for illustrations using double spacing. When items are used to identify illustrations parts, explain each one. State scale (magnification) and identify staining methods in photomicrographs. Needless figures and parts should be avoided. Figures / charts and tables made in MS Word should be included the end of the document after References and NOT in the main text. Repeated data showcasing via illustrations should not be done. Figures should be in Arabic numerals in order of their reference and text figures are preferred to plates. Illustration captions and legends to should be typed on a separate sheet of paper.
Formula and Equations: Chemical and structural formulae, flow diagrams and complicated mathematical expressions should be presented very clearly and prepared in the same way as graphs. Each subscript and unusual character must be identified and reference to it given.
Artwork guidelines: Only high quality illustrations, pictures and graphs in an electronic format that facilitate publication of the article with the highest standard will be accepted.
Resolution: Only high contrast and resolution quality images shall be accepted. Rasterized files (i.e. tiff or jpeg extension) must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Line art should be given with a minimum resolution of 800 dpi.
Color: Please supply images that are comprehensible in black and white also. Images supplied in colour will be published in color online only, and in black and white in print format unless we agree on prior arrangements. The image caption should reflect this.
Conclusion:
A summary of the whole work should be made in not more than 100 words.
References:
All references must be cited in the text using superscripts and by the reference numbers in Vancouver style. Bibliography manager links between superscripts in the text and actual references in the Reference Sections should not be used when submitting the file but may be used only to cite manuscripts in preparation, unpublished observations and personal communications. References cited should follow the style given below:

Review article
Review articles should be about 4500 words and should definitely have an Abstract and Introduction. Up-to-date information providing comprehensive coverage of relevant literature written by scientists who have in-depth knowledge of the topic will be preferred. All format requirements are similar to those applicable to original research manuscripts but review articles do not need sections such as Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion etc.
Short Communication
Short communications write-ups format requirements are similar to those applicable to research manuscripts, and should have definitely had an Abstract and Introduction and should be completed in maximum 1500 words and contain important scientific and comprehensive work.
Publication Ethics
The publication ethics set out by the Commission on Publication Ethics (COPE) and international committee of medical journals editors should be observed for high quality authorship. Unacceptable practices include classification of data, plagiarism, duplicate repeat publication of own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of work. These cases of ethical misconduct are very serious and will be dealt with as directed by the COPE guidelines.
Authorship
Significantly contribution to the design or implementation of the experiment or the analysis and interpretation of the data is assumed to be have made by all authors listed on the manuscript. They all are expected to be involved in the manuscript writing and review from the first draft, including all revisions and till the approved final version.
Plagiarisms:
Plagiarism will result in manuscripts, paper rejection or withdrawal after publication. Authors may also be prohibited from submitting future publications. Any copied sentence is highly discouraged. The original research should be in the new manuscript author’s own words, with a proper citation at the end of the sentence. We use PlagScan software for plagiarism detection to ensure originality of the material published in the journal.
Copyright Transfer Agreement
When any paper is accepted for publication, all authors will be asked to read, agree to the conditions on the form, sign a copyright form and return the signed and scanned copyright forms within 10 days via e-mail. After this, the journal owners will hold the copyright of the article accepted for publication and reserves the right to publish that article in any either print, electronic or any other media on an ‘as and when’ basis of its choice.
Language and Grammar
Uniform American English should be used. The full form for each abbreviation should be given when first used in the title, abstract, keywords and text separately unless it is a standard unit of measure. Numerals to be used at the beginning of any sentence. The manuscript should be thoroughly checked for spelling grammar and punctuation errors. The manufacturer’s name and address (city and state/country) must be mentioned if a brand name was supplied. The name of species should be in italics.
For any requests to edit or rearrange author names after an accepted manuscript is published in an online issue, a corrigendum will result from following the same policies as noted above.
